Chris Kabugu

Biography

Kabugu Christopher Muguku is the founding and senior partner at the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Admitted to the bar in 2008, he is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Nairobi. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators-Kenya Chapter, having successfully completed the introductory arbitration course in 2009.
With over 15 years of legal practice, Mr. Kabugu brings unmatched depth and breadth of experience across diverse practice areas, including civil and criminal litigation, constitutional law, judicial review, intellectual property law, environmental law, labour law and employment law, insolvency, criminal litigation, real estate and conveyancing, tax law, arbitration and mediation.
