Andrew Kabugu

Biography

Andrew Kabugu is a Partner at the firm and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been called to the bar in 2019.He holds an LLB from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
His practice focuses on litigation and commercial dispute resolution, with experience spanning civil litigation, public law, intellectual property, labor law, insolvency, tax and environmental law. He is also well-versed in international law, alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and debt recovery. As a partner, Andrew plays a key role in shaping the firm’s litigation strategy and mentoring junior advocates.
He is valued for his leadership, collaborative approach and ability to navigate complex legal issues with clarity and precision. He brings a practical, result-oriented mindset to every matter, combining legal insight with a strong commitment to client service.
