He is a licensed process server, entrusted with the responsibility of serving legal documents.
Teddy specializes in conducting land searches across various land registries, preparing and registering security documents such as title deeds, charges and leases as well as managing property transfers. He is adept at ensuring legal compliance and accuracy in documentations, including preparing Power of Attorney, Trust Deeds and Discharge of Charge Documents.
With a keen eye for detail, Teddy handles office registry management, prepares affidavits and coordinates with clients and various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of legal processes.
